At the CKE building in Eindhoven, a Caribbean Open Day was held last Saturday.
Eindhoven residents of Caribbean descent showcased their food, music, and culture, filling the venue with color, rhythm, and warmth. In addition, there were inspiring lectures about the history of slavery.
One of the main organizers, Jacinto Zimmerman, shared his mission: to connect the past with the present, creating a city where everyone feels at home and all cultures are celebrated.
It was a true success!
